i know that there were people who eat pearl powder and use pearl powder and mix it with the face serum and use the mixture as a mask but i have no idea where can i get those pearl powder that you can actually eat it do u know??im in usa~ any online store sell pearl powder ??
As an Esthetician I always tell people it’s better and easier to prevent then it is to fix ^.^ Take care of your skin when you are younger!!!
I think all antioxidants-containing serums should be contained in an opaque bottle to prevent sunlight exposure that will destroy the antioxidants. Also, it’s best packaged in a pump bottle or an airless pump mechanism to limit the exposure of antioxidants to air as it will also reduce the quantity and quality of the antioxidants within time. I don’t think the Lancome or Estee Lauder is opaque enough to maintain the quality of the antioxidants inside. Just my two cents ^.^
@ph4n1e I agree with that, but neither the lancome serum nor the estee lauder serum is a 100% anti-oxidante serum, so molerately opaque bottle is ok. Also, I do keep them in a place away from the exposure of the sun.

@k3lly0t check out east earth trade winds. you have to know TCM and a what you are looking for. this is more medicinal than skincare ( beauty starts within).

@mizzLebanese Not really. I mainly use U.S. or japanese brands, because korean brands are pretty hard to get in the U.S. But I would definitely love to try some in the future^0^~

@coolfann1 not at all. You can start using anti-aging skincare any age you’d like, just make sure to choose the right texture and ingredient.
did you try AHA (glycolic acid) for fading scars ? It should help fast the process
in my case it works. Paula’s choice AHA is great
@PeachPetal21 Thanks for the recommendation. I have tried some AHA cleansers before, but because my skin is very sensitive, it is a bit too harsh for me. But thank you again for letting me know^0^~
I meant AHA in form of a gel, or lotion, or cream that stays on the surface of the skin and it dissolve old,flaky skin and also it diminishes brown marks after blemishes. It’s a physical exfoliation. When it is put in a cleanser it doesn’t have time to work. it can be used once, twice a week or even everyday, it’s a matter of preference, I’m using it every other day and it’s ok, however everyday is too much. so you need to find out what works best for you
